By accessing and using the Parceltrace website and platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Parceltrace reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Service Description

Parceltrace is a last-mile logistics platform designed to provide transparent tracking, regional hub coordination, and dispatch workflow clarity for e-commerce sellers operating in Cairo and surrounding regions. The Service helps coordinate courier handoffs, reduce tracking gaps, and improve delivery visibility across Egypt's fragmented logistics network.

Parceltrace does not operate as a courier service itself. Instead, we provide a coordination and tracking platform that works with regional hubs and dispatch partners to improve logistics transparency and process efficiency.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use Parceltrace only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or Parceltrace staff
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any code of destructive nature
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code of the Service
• Using the Service to facilitate illegal activities or the shipment of prohibited goods
• Scraping, crawling, or automatically collecting data without written permission
• Impersonating another person or entity

4. User Accounts and Responsibility

To use certain features of Parceltrace, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account. If you become aware of unauthorized use of your account, you must notify Parceltrace immediately at hello@exactdisc.com.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Parceltrace platform—including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and documentation—is the exclusive property of Parceltrace or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or business purposes as permitted by these terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Service or its content without prior written consent from Parceltrace.

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit, upload, or post any content to Parceltrace (including tracking information, shipment details, or communications), you retain ownership of that content but grant Parceltrace a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

You warrant that any content you submit does not violate the rights of third parties and does not contain defamatory, obscene, or illegal material.

7. Disclaimers

The Parceltrace Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Parceltrace makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Parceltrace does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any defects or errors will be corrected
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Parcels will be delivered on any guaranteed timeline (delivery times depend on courier partners and regional conditions)

Parceltrace coordinates with regional hubs and dispatch partners but does not guarantee delivery outcomes. Actual delivery performance depends on the performance of courier partners, traffic conditions, regional infrastructure, and other factors beyond Parceltrace's direct control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Parceltrace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, even if Parceltrace has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Parceltrace's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Parceltrace in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty Egyptian pounds, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so this limitation may not apply to you in full.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Parceltrace, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or privacy right
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Service

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Parceltrace platform may contain links to third-party websites, including courier partners, regional hubs, and logistics providers. Parceltrace is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review independently.

Parceltrace does not endorse and assumes no liability for any third-party services, products, or content accessed through links on our platform.

11. Data and Privacy

Your use of Parceltrace is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these terms. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal and shipment data.

12. Termination

Parceltrace may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and without notice, if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that Parceltrace deems harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property rights) shall continue in effect.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Alexandria, Egypt, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines published on the Parceltrace website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Parceltrace regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral.

16. Changes to These Terms

Parceltrace may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, applicable law, or other factors. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised terms on our website and updating the "last modified" date. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
